Volunteers Needed

 Our Club runs on volunteers — from coaches and team managers to Board and Committee members. We have a great group of members who work hard so our players and families have a rewarding experience. With nearly 500 kids participating in our Club this year, we need new volunteers to keep up.

 Open Fusion Board Positions (Elected by ballot vote at the annual general meeting on October 24th.)

● Secretary (Club Officer) - The Secretary attends monthly board meetings, records the minutes of all meetings, keeps records of those present, and supervises correspondence. Two year minimum term starting January 2027.
● Delegate-at-Large (Non-Officer Board Member)- Delegates-at-Large attend monthly board meetings, coordinate a club committee, and other tasks deemed appropriate by club officers. Two year minimum term starting January 2027.

If you'd like your name on the ballot for a Board position, please email your name, team, and area of interest to president@penfieldfusionsoccer.org or fusion@penfieldfusionsoccer.org by 10/17.

 Open Volunteer Positions (You do not need to be on the board to volunteer for a committee.)

● Tryout Committee
● Website Manager
● Head Manager (must be a current team manager) 

Every team aged U10–U16 is expected to have at least one person serving on the Board or a Committee.
